  1. How Can I Make Payment? 

1.1 By Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) 

You can make a bank transfer or EFT to any of our Garanti Bank accounts (in TL). 

1.2 Using your credit cards on our website 

You can take advantage of our online payment or installment options with any type of credit card. The payment will be charged to your credit card at the end of the order. In case of possible order cancellation or stock issues, refunds to your credit card will be processed within 5 business days. 

  1. Refund of Order Amount 

In case of cancellation of your orders due to any reason, Doksanbir Tasarım Dekorasyon İç Mimarlık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi will refund the product amount to your bank account and/or credit card within five business days. However, you need to provide your accurate and complete bank account information and/or credit card information to our company’s finance officials. 

  1. Delivery 

We strive to deliver the products you have ordered to the shipping company within 5 to 30 days. For products with longer lead times, the delivery time will be as specified in the product details, which is 30 business days. If there is a potential delay in delivery, you will be notified. 

Please provide the address of your location as the delivery address to ensure smooth product delivery. 

Your requests will be processed according to the delivery method you have specified at the end of the order. Products with delivery in Istanbul will be sent by our own shipping team from our Istanbul-based company. Deliveries outside Istanbul will be sent by Horoz Lojistik. 

You can discuss different delivery conditions with our customer representative. Additionally, shipping deliveries are only valid for Turkey. 

  1. Payment Tracking 

If the system cannot process the transaction due to any problem, our visitor will be informed about this after the payment page. 

In case of any error in the specified address, the person who placed the order will be contacted regarding the order that could not be delivered. 

The validity of the email address specified by our visitor is confirmed by the automated email sent after the order is transferred. 

We are responsible to the bank that we use for the credit card system as well as to the customer regarding the delivery. 

Please note! 

During shipment, open and inspect packages that you think have been damaged in the presence of the company representative who delivered the package to you. If you think there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product by drawing up a report with the shipping company. 

Once the product has been received, it is assumed that the shipping company has fulfilled its duty completely. 

If the product is damaged: Please report the prepared report to info@borbo.com email address as soon as possible. 

By completing these procedures, we will start working on your package and arrange for the delivery to be repeated as soon as possible.
